Refund & Return Policy

Return window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Include all original parts and accessories
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package, along with the shipping label when applicable.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Packages sent without prior notice may be refused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital products (such as the Flower Pressing Guide)
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before making your purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new separate order.

Refunds
We’ll notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may need additional time to reflect it on your statement.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the following cases:

  • Defective products
  • Wrong item sent by mistake on our part
  • Damage that occurred during shipping
